Angela Vidal-Rodriguez, is a Research Assistant at the National Forum and a CSHPE doctoral student at the University of Michigan.  Mrs. Vidal-Rodriguez has over 6 years of experience as an academic advisor of underrepresented and non-traditional students, serving as coordinator of the Diversifying Faculty in Illinois Program and Academic Skills Specialist of the McNair Scholars Program at Northeastern Illinois University. Her research interests are in organizational behavior and institutional policies that affect the access and success of underrepresented students in higher education. She received her M.B.A. from Northeastern Illinois University and her B.A. in economics from Anahuac University, Mexico.
